How it works
- Book your 60 minute online face-to-face appointment.
- Join your Wingman on Skype using ‘screen sharing’.
- Work together to ensure that your answers stand out from the crowd for all the right reasons!
- Leave the session armed with the techniques to independently re-attack and significantly improve your answers.
Can we finalise my answers?
- Yes we can, depending on how much time you book. We recommend that you try to finalise them yourself with our training techniques – it’s a more effective mission tactic and will mean less online time with your Wingman.
Do I need to book a full 60 minutes?
- Our training is in-depth and will train you in our Techniques Not Tip Offs to ensure that your answers are tailored towards your target Military Service and aligned to your experience. In our experience, doing this in less than 60 minutes is not effective.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you write my application form answers for me?
Whilst we can do this, we don’t recommend it. This is for two reasons:
- Nobody knows you like you know you! By working with Flight School Wingman, we can discuss all of your experience and achievements together and align them to the question(s) being asked. Without this, your answer would be a generic answer and not give you the best chance of success.
- We train you in easy to follow “Techniques Not Tip Offs” to be able to apply for any sponsorship or scholarship. These techniques will ensure that you create a highly impactful application bespoke to the opportunity you are applying for. Oh, and it will mean you don’t have to keep paying to come back to Flight School Wingman too – you’ll be clear solo! Techniques Not Tip Offs that really work!
I don't know how much time to book for help with my application questions...
That’s ok, we can help! Generally speaking, you will require approximately 30 minutes of online face-to-face time with us per question. If you would like a free and no obligations estimate on the amount of time required, then just contact us.

Can AI like Chat GPT be used to write my application answers?
Chat GPT has been used by some candidates to write their application answers, but this is now recognised by airlines e.g. British Airways. We would strongly recommend that you do not do this and instead book some time with Flight School Wingman to work through your answers.
